When any changes are made to the policies, it is updated on the website. We, therefore, recommend the website from time to time to be updated with the changes made.

Finance Terms and Refund Policy:

• Funds can be remitted via Bank Transfer, PayPal or other mode of transfer, and will be payable to AResourcepool as per the details included in the invoice(s) raised and/or shared under the Proposal. Bank charges, if any will be extra and borne by the client.
• All invoices will be paid within 7 Days of being raised. If payments are delayed beyond the due date, Aresourcepool has the right to put the project On Hold, till such time Client clears up any/all outstanding dues.
• At no event will Aresourcepool be liable to the Client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost business, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate the web application.
• Aresourcepool retains the copyrights or ownership to the source code/design of all files produced/developed/designed by Aresourcepool during the course of working on the projects. Only after the final payment of the project, rights and ownership of source code/design will be assigned to the Client.
• During the course of development, Aresourcepool will not share or sub-contract the source code/design development with any third party outside Aresourcepool unless approved in writing by the Client.
• If in an event, Client terminates the project after signing the proposal/NDA/contract or agrees on mail and pays the initial amount during the course of the development of the web application; in this case the initial advance will not be refunded, and any outstanding invoices/fees will be cleared within 7 business days.

Governing Law and Miscellaneous.

This Agreement will be governed by internal laws of the Republic of India, without reference to its choice of law rules, may be executed in counterpart copies, and, in the absence of an original signature, faxed signatures will be considered the equivalent of an original signature. If a provision of this Agreement is held invalid under any applicable law, such invalidity will not affect any other provision of this Agreement that can be given effect without the invalid provision. Further, all terms and conditions of this Agreement will be deemed enforceable to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, and, when necessary, the court is requested to reform any and all terms or conditions to give them such effect.
